Meet Andréa

From an early age, I’ve always had a rebellious spirit (as you could probably tell by the tattoos). The conventional route never felt fulfilling for me… Despite earning the MBA, climbing the corporate ladder in the tech industry, and checking all the boxes of traditional “success”…

Still… I felt stuck.

That’s when I decided it was time to follow my heart (and that little rebel streak) and do what felt right. That is when I found true fulfillment and success: Creating a space where I could follow my heart by helping other women follow theirs, through Something New Solutions LLC.

I am now provide professional, driven women the guidance, tools, and strategy (that I wish I had) to help them learn, grow and confidently take control of their futures in a supportive and accepting space.

Whether you’re considering a career transition, launching your own business, returning to the workforce,  or redefining success on your own terms, I’m here to help you make it happen.

I believe in practical strategies, genuine conversations, and an approach that blends structure with creativity—because making a career transition doesn’t have to mean starting from scratch. It’s about building something new and building something that actually works for you.

Let’s create a plan together, so you can Be Unstoppable!
